Plug & play charging
Remove the silicone cap and plug the lamp directly into the wall socket to charge. Charging an empty battery takes approximately 4 hours. The fastest way to charge the lamp is to turn the lamp off while charging.

Plug-in lamp
You can also use Benny's plug, without the silicone cover, as a socket lamp. Note: DO NOT place the silicone cover on the lamp when it is plugged in. This is to PREVENT the lamp from being seen as a toy by children.
