SHIPPING/PAYMENT/RETURNS

1. Send

Shipping to Belgium & The Netherlands
  • DPD Pickup pick-up point in your area: € 3.45 (your package will remain at the pick-up point for 7 days - if the package comes back to us, additional shipping costs will be charged)
  • DPD delivery at home or at the office : €4.45 - We will send your package to the specified delivery address. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
  • Pick up in our showroom in Malle: from Monday to Friday we are continuously available from 9 am to 5 pm
Shipping to rest of the world
  • Shipping rest of the World ; Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the contents and weight ad dimensions of the product.

 2. Delivery 

As soon as your package leaves us, it will be delivered the next workday. (in a DPD pickup point also on Saturday)

DPD always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. Doesn't that day come true? No problem, you can still make changes up to 30 minutes before delivery! You can have the time and address of delivery changed and your package.

  • pick up at a Pickup parcelshop near you,
  • have it delivered on another day,
  • have it delivered to a different address or
  • have it placed in a safe location.

On the day itself, you will be informed by e-mail or text message about the 1-hour period in which your package will arrive. Be sure to check your unwanted emails or better; download the myDPD app, register with your online shopping email address and you will automatically receive your package notifications.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbour. Isn't he at home either? Then your parcel will be delivered to a Pickup parcelshop near you. This way you will have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you will pick it up.

My package was delivered damaged?
Provide us a photo of the label on the box, the inside of the box and the damaged contents. We need this to start a claim. We will then quickly provide a solution.

 3. Pay

          You can pay easily, quickly and securely via: 

  • Bancontact
  • By credit card via Paypal (VISA/Mastercard) 
  • Sofort banking
  • iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
  • By bank transfer (your order will only be sent when the money is in the account). The money must be transferred within 2 days. If you email us a proof of payment, we can also process and ship your order immediately.

         

There is no charge for any payment method. Information about exchanges can be found in our terms and conditions.

4. Returns

DPD Parcels
If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return the product via a DPD Pickup parcelshop in your area (unused condition and in original packaging). We try to keep our ecological footprint low so don't return packages unnecessarily.
The cost is  €4.00 per label. Upon receipt of your return you can choose another item or we will send you a gift card. This remains valid for 1 year.

Personalized products, pacifiers or items that are specially made to measure cannot be returned. After delivery you have 14 days to return your items to us. Items shipped direct from our supplier (eg bed houses, slide, large wooden playhouse) have separate return prices as they are shipped with special transport. Will also return a ball pool and obstacle course are more expensive than 4 euros.

How to proceed:

  1. Register your return via hello@degeleflamingo.com stating your name, order number and reason for return.
  2. You will then receive a link to create your return label
  3. Return the product unused in the original packaging stating your name and order number (example #106871)
  4. We will send you a gift card upon receipt 

Print the label, stick it on the box and bring your parcel to a DPD Pickup parcelshop of your choice.

Items from the outlet cannot be exchanged.

The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied, and instructions for use. If the returned product is in any way diminished in value, […] reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any loss in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All returned items will be examined carefully. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the article as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may be tried on, but must not have been used. When an article has undergone a decrease in value due to the use of the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer.

DHL Parcels
If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily sign up the products that you want to return by sending an email to hello@degeleflamingo.com . After you have sent an email, you can send the parcel back to our warehouse:

5. Delivery time

We try to ship all orders within 1 to 3 workdays. The products that are personalized have a delivery time of 4 to 12 working days. Be sure to send us an email (hello@degeleflamingo.com) if you want to know the delivery time for your order.
