When will my package be shipped?

We ship your package within 1 to 2 workdays. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your package has left.

 

Do I know in advance when my package will be delivered?

DPD always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. Doesn't that day come true? No problem, you can still make changes up to 1 hour before delivery! You can have the time and address of delivery changed and your package:

Have it delivered to a Pickup Parcelshop nearby

Have it delivered on another day

Have it delivered to a different address

Have it put away in a safe place by giving DPD permission to put down

You will receive an email from DPD the morning of the day of delivery with a time slot of one hour in which the delivery will take place. Not received? Be sure to check your spam!

 

What if I'm not at home?

No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbour. Isn't he at home too? Then your parcel will be delivered to a Pickup parcelshop near you. This way you will have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you will pick it up.

The DPD driver will leave a message in your letterbox stating the address of the Pickup parcelshop and the time from which you can pick up the parcel. You will also receive an e-mail from DPD when the parcel has arrived at the Pickup parcelshop.

Take your proof of identity with you when you go to collect your package. You will have 7 days to collect it, after which it will be returned to us and there will be new shipping costs involved to send it back to you.

On www.dpd.be you can check the status of your parcel and find more information about our Pickup parcelshops (locations, opening hours…).

 

How can I pay and is my payment safe?

Payment can be made securely via

  • PayPal (visa/master card),
  • iDEAL (only for Dutch customers)
  • Bancontact
  • Bank transfer. If you choose one of the first 3 options, your order will be processed the same day.

 

If you choose bank transfer, you must make the payment within 2 days and it will be processed when the money is in the account.

 

Where can I enter my discount code?

When you have a discount code, you shop like you always do and at checkout there is a box where you can enter the code. This is calculated automatically. Only 1 discount code can be used at a time. Do you have a gift voucher and a discount code? First enter your gift voucher and then your discount code.

 

My discount code is not working

It is not possible to enter a discount code on some smartphones. Try using a laptop or desktop computer. You can only use one discount code per order.

 

I already placed my order, can I add something now?

No, you can't. In exceptional cases we can be extra flexible and it may be possible. For this it is best to contact us by telephone on 0032 468 31 64 23.

 

I see in the tracking that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything. What now?

Do not panic! Very often DPD delivers your package to the neighbors or they put it away in a safe place in and around the house (behind a garbage can, under the carport, ...).

If you have checked all this and you still have not received your package, please send us an email at hello@degeleflamingo.com. Be sure to include your order number!

We will immediately take it up with DPD and solve it for you as soon as possible.

 

I have received a wrong product, what now?

 

Oh no! Although everything is really nice with us, we understand that you only want to receive what you ordered. You can send us an email to hello@degeleflamingo.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrectly delivered product.

We will then arrange the return for you and ensure that you receive your ordered item as soon as possible!

DHL Parcels
If you have received the wrong package, you can easily sign up the products that you want to return by sending an email to hello@degeleflamingo.com . After you have sent an email, you can send the parcel back to our warehouse:

We can't send a return label to countries out of Europe

I have ordered and paid online, but have not received an order confirmation?

Don't worry! We're not going to a flamingo paradise with your money. We have successfully received your order and payment. Have you checked your spam or unwanted emails yet? Sometimes it happens that the order confirmations end up there.

 

Can I come and view items at the warehouse and purchase them on the spot?

That is unfortunately not possible. We work in our warehouse with a scanning system that does not allow you to remove items from the warehouse and pay and hand them over on site.
