With the least view of damage, please take the following steps:
immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (If the driver wants to make a message and you are not allowed to sign up (for COVID19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
Take a photo of complicated pallet, in the state of delivery.
Take a photo of the label with barcode of the transporter.
If you do not undertake the above things in such situations, Quax cannot open a damage file.
