We would like to ask you to check the following things when you receive a delivery from Quax:

• Is the pallet in good condition?
• plastic undamaged?
• cardboard undamaged?
• All packages on pallets and wrapped in plastic?
• pallet undamaged?

At the slightest risk of damage, please take the following steps:

• immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (if the driver wants to report himself and you are not allowed to sign off yourself (because of Covid19), please take a picture of the driver's note.
• Take photo of complicated pallet, in the condition of delivery.
• Take a photo of the carrier's barcode label.

If you do not take the above action in such situations, Quax cannot open a claim file.
