We want to ask for sure to check the following things if you receive a delivery from Quax:

• Is the pallet in good condition?
• Plastic undamaged?
• Cardboard undamaged?
• All collis on pallet and wrapped in plastic?
• Pallet undamaged?

With the least view of damage, please take the following steps:

• immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (If the driver wants to make a message and you are not allowed to sign up (for COVID19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
• Take a photo of complicated pallet, in the state of delivery.
• Take a photo of the label with barcode of the transporter.

If you do not undertake the above things in such situations, Quax cannot open a damage file.
