With the least view of damage, please do next steps:
- Note 'Damage' immediately on the receipt, in addition to your signature. (If the driver wants to report himself and you cannot tell yourself (because of COVID19), then please take a photo of the driver's memorandum.
- taking picture of complicated pallet, in the state of delivery.
- Photo taking the label with the transport member barcode.
If you do not undertake the above in such situations, Quax cannot open a compensation file.
