- is the pallet in good condition?
- plastic undamaged?
- cardboard undamaged?
- all packages on pallet and wrapped in plastic?
- pallet undamaged?
If there is any sign of damage, please take the following steps:
- immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (if the driver wants to make a report himself and you are not allowed to sign off yourself (due to Covid19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
- take photo of complicated pallet, in the condition as delivered.
- take a photo of the carrier's barcode label.
If you do not take the above steps in such situations, Quax cannot open a claim file.
