The Belgian brand Quax designs baby and children's furniture. At Quax you will find an extensive collection of baby cots, changing tables, cupboards, ... to decorate the children's room super cozy. All Quax items were given a contemporary design. By using beautiful soft colors, you can combine nicely in the different designs and colors.

We would like to ask you to check the following when you receive a delivery from Quax:

• Is the pallet in good condition?
• Plastic undamaged?
• Cardboard undamaged?
• All packages on pallet and wrapped in plastic

At the slightest sight of damage, please take the following steps:

• Immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (If the driver wants to report himself and you are not allowed to sign off yourself, please take a picture of the driver's note.)
• Take photo of complicated pallet, in the condition of delivery.
• Take a photo of the carrier's barcode label.

If you do not take the above action in such situations, Quax cannot open a claim file.
