We ask that you definitely check the following when you receive a delivery from Quax:

• Is the pallet in good condition?
• Is the plastic undamaged?
• Is the cardboard undamaged?
• Are all packages on the pallet and wrapped in plastic?
• Is the pallet undamaged?

If there is even the slightest sign of damage, please take the following steps:

• Immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (If the driver wants to report the damage themselves and you are not allowed to sign for it yourself (due to Covid-19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
• Take a photo of the wrapped pallet, in its delivery condition.
• Take a photo of the carrier's barcode label.

If you do not take the above steps in such situations, Quax cannot open a claim file.
