We would like to ask you to check the following items when you receive a delivery from Quax:

• is the pallet in good condition?
• plastic undamaged?
• cardboard undamaged?
• all packages on pallet and wrapped in plastic?
• pallet undamaged?

If there is even the slightest sign of damage, please take the following steps:

• immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (if the driver wants to report it himself and you are not allowed to sign it yourself (due to Covid19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
• take a photo of the complicated pallet, in the state of delivery.
• take a photo of the label with the carrier's barcode.

If you do not take the above steps in such situations, Quax cannot open a damage file.
