We want to ask for sure to check the following things if you receive a delivery of Quax:

• is the pallet in good condition?
• Plastic undamaged?
• Cardboard undamaged?
• All collis on pallet and wrapped in plastic?
• pallet undamaged?

With the least view of damage, please do next steps:

• Note 'Damage' immediately on the receipt, in addition to your signature. (If the driver wants to report himself and you cannot tell yourself (because of COVID19), then please take a photo of the driver's memorandum.
• taking picture of complicated pallet, in the state of delivery.
• Photo taking the label with the transport member barcode.

If you do not undertake the above in such situations, Quax cannot open a compensation file.
