Quax

The Belgian brand Quax designs baby and children's furniture. At Quax you will find an extensive collection of baby beds, chests, cupboards, ... to decorate the nursery super fun. All items from Quax received a contemporary design. By using beautiful soft colors, you can combine nicely in the different designs and colors.

We want to ask for sure to check the following things if you receive a delivery from Quax:

• Is the pallet in good condition?
• Plastic undamaged?
• Cardboard undamaged?
• All collis on pallet and wrapped in plastic?
• Pallet undamaged?

With the least view of damage, please take the following steps:

• immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (If the driver wants to make a message and you are not allowed to sign yourself (because of COVID19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
• Take a photo of complicated pallet, in the state of delivery.
• Take a photo of the label with barcode of the transporter.

If you do not undertake the above things in such situations, Quax cannot open a damage file.
