You can set up the bottom of this bed at three different heights. You use the highest setting for your newborn baby. You can easily lift your baby out this way. We would like to ask you to check the following things when you receive a delivery from Quax:

• is the pallet in good condition?
• plastic undamaged?
• cardboard undamaged?
• all packages on pallet and wrapped in plastic?
• pallet undamaged?

If there is any sign of damage, please take the following steps:

• immediately note 'damage' on the receipt, next to your signature. (if the driver wants to make a report himself and you are not allowed to sign off yourself (due to Covid19), please take a photo of the driver's note.
• take photo of complicated pallet, in the condition as delivered.
• take a photo of the carrier's barcode label.

If you do not take the above steps in such situations, Quax cannot open a claim file.
