Choose a sleeping bag with the correct TOG value . TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. This value indicates how hot a substance/textile is and how much body heat the substance retains.

The higher the TOG value, the higher the heat and insulating rate of the fabric. If it is cold in the sleeping space, choose a sleeping bag with a higher tog figure. The TOG value ranges from 0 to 4 and only applies to room temperature, not for outside.
