TOG stands for Thermal Overall Grade. This value indicates how warm a fabric/textile is and how much body heat the fabric retains. The higher the TOG value, the higher the degree of warmth and insulation of the fabric. If it is cold in the sleeping area, choose a sleeping bag with a higher TOG grade.
